01 What this application is
A private, internal-use software integration operated by Hatch Light LLC, used solely by our own staff to connect our internal systems to business platform APIs — including the Meta Marketing API — in order to manage advertising accounts, creative assets, and campaign reporting that belong to us.
It is not a consumer-facing product. It is not distributed publicly, has no users other than our own authorized personnel, and offers no accounts, sign-up, or user-facing service of any kind.
02 Information we access
Through official platform APIs, using credentials issued to our own business accounts only:
- Advertising account configuration and campaign structure that we own
- Aggregate performance metrics — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions
- Creative assets we ourselves produced and uploaded
- Business asset metadata (ad accounts, datasets, pages) we own or administer
All of the above is our own business data.
03 Information we do not collect
- No personal information is collected from members of the public through this application
- No individual user profiles, private messages, contact lists, or friend data
- No advertising profiles of identified individuals are built through it
- No website, app, or service where third parties create accounts
04 How information is used
Exclusively for internal business operations: creating and maintaining our own advertising campaigns, reviewing the performance of our own advertising, and keeping internal records of that activity.
05 Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through this application with any third party. Data remains within systems controlled by Hatch Light LLC — except where transmission to the originating platform is inherent to using its API, or where disclosure is required by law.
06 Storage, retention, and security
Operational records are stored on systems controlled by us and retained only as long as needed for business record-keeping. Access credentials are held in restricted-access configuration outside of source control, are never written into logs, and carry the minimum permissions required. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
07 Data deletion
Because this application collects no personal data from members of the public, there is no end-user data to delete. Any data associated with this application can be removed on request to the address below, and platform-held data can also be removed directly by revoking this application's access in the platform's business settings.
08 Children
This application is an internal business tool and is not directed to, or usable by, children.
09 Changes
If the purpose or scope of this application changes, this policy will be updated and the revision date above changed accordingly.
