How to request a refund

Email cs@rootstim.com with your order number. We'll process your full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days. No phone calls, no hoops.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email cs@rootstim.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.
